Prices: All prices for commissions are discussed beforehand and exclude the 21% VAT rate of the Netherlands applied to goods and services.

I will not invoice any other amount than stated on your email confirmation without consultation with you. We will invoice the price that is current at the time of your order. You cannot derive any rights from the fact that you have seen a lower price at an earlier time.

Establishing Business: Upon agreement of a commission, a quote can be drawn up that provides an approximation of the price that will be invoiced at the end of the business term.

Delivery of Goods: After the invoice has been paid for I will send a .schematic or world file of the relevant commissioned build.

Refunds: Due to the nature of providing services and delivering digital files, I cannot refund any orders. Instead, I can offer to improve upon the delivered product should this be desired.

Payment: Upon completion of the commission an invoice will be drawn up and sent to the provided e-mail address. Invoices are preferably paid through direct bank transfer but PayPal works as well.

Payments done through bank transfers can be made out to my IBAN. Please inform me of payment in this matter beforehand and I’ll provide you with the necessary information.

Please pay within the allotted timeframe disclosed on the invoice. If this term is too short please let me know and an arrangement can be made in order to lengthen the payment period.

Liability and Complaints: Should any problems arise throughout the commissioning process or upon delivery please contact me through the contact form on this page. I will solve them to the best of my ability.


Force Majeure: Saker Works in the event of force majeure, has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of a customer's order, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying the customer of this in writing and without being obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to the predetermined conditions of the business venture.

Force majeure is understood to mean any unforeseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract that cannot be attributed to Saker Works that can be imputed because it is not due to its fault and is not for its account by virtue of the law, legal act or generally accepted standards.
